Property Maintenance & Gardening

£225 per day

£25 per person per additional hour

For smaller work/callouts

£75 basic fee (to include the first hour - assessment of the work needed & preparation of materials)

£25 per additional hour

Materials and ancillary costs are priced accordingly as part of the formal quote.

Grass Cutting Service

£50 per month to include 2 x cuts per month (paid at the start of each month). Price may increase for larger lawns.

Cleaning and other services

£60 basic fee (to include 1 x cleaner for 2 hours - including all cleaning products)

£20 per additional hour, per cleaner

House Clearances and Holiday Let changeover pricing is tailored to each client's needs. Please contact us for more information or to book a consultation.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that life gets in the way, and that you may need to move things around. Therefore we have made our cancellation policy very simple.

More than 48 hours notice - NO Charge

Less than 48 hours notice - A fee of 50% of the anticipated labour costs will be incurred.

Less than 24 hours notice - 100% of the anticipated labour costs will be incurred.

Payments

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Cash or via Credit or Debit card (additional fees may occur). Invoices for work completed will be sent weekly, with payment due within 48 hours.

Unpaid invoices will be subject to a late payment fee of £10 per day, invoiced weekly.
